: (1) Any person or establishment producing or distributing any goods or services for the purpose of limiting or controlling competition shall enter into any of the following agreements alone or collectively with any other person or establishment producing similar goods or services or Do not cause: –
(a) Directly or indirectly determining the purchase or sale price of any item or service or prescribing the conditions of purchase and sale of such item or service,
(b) limiting or controlling the production or distribution market of any goods or services or limiting or controlling the investment made for its technical development or improvement,
(c) limiting or controlling the wholesale quantity of production or distribution of any goods or services or reducing the retail quantity or quality of such goods,
(d) not to sell and distribute such goods or services in a particular place or to distribute or cause to be sold only in a particular place,
(e) Not to buy, sell or distribute the goods or services of any other person or establishment producing or distributing similar goods or services, or to enter the market of such goods or services by promoting the market of goods or services produced or distributed by a certain person or establishment. (f) To divide the market among the persons or establishments producing or distributing any goods or services,
(g) To produce or distribute any goods or services in turn or to determine the quota of such goods or services,
(h) to set different prices for the purchase, sale or delivery of any goods or services without reasonable cause or to set different conditions for purchase, sale or delivery,
(i) Filing bids or price lists by mutual agreement on publicly invited bids or price lists or filing them by mentioning the same number or other details,
(j) Applying cycle system (syndicate) in transportation or distribution of any goods or services,
(k) To do or cause other work as specified.
(2) Subject to subsection (1).Any two or more persons or establishments that produce or distribute any goods or produce, distribute or operate any service in a way that is adverse to the law, collude with any organization or adopt any other means, another person or establishment in the area where they produce, distribute or operate the goods or services. Any kind of agreement not to produce, distribute or operate such goods or services or to be associated with such person or organization to produce, distribute or operate such goods or services or to be involved in such measures or to comply with any condition specified by such agreement or measures Can't be done.
(3) An agreement made contrary to sub-section (2) shall automatically be void.
